Hi! I’m Kathryn: hypnobirthing practitioner, doula, mother of twins, and infant feeding geek (as well as a yoga teacher and designer).
After a twin pregnancy, birth, and a wild postpartum, I now support families through this life changing transition. I share knowledge calmly and help you feel held, empowered, and ready for the next chapter.

Gently holding you through the early weeks with your baby, in the comfort of your own home.
This is 1-1, tailored support for you and your family as you navigate the intensity and tenderness of new parenthood. Whether it’s your first baby or not, I’m there to meet you exactly where you are, offering calm, practical help alongside emotional support when you need it most.
I can step in with the everyday things that make a difference: preparing nourishing meals, cleaning, you name it… keeping things ticking over so you can rest and recover. I’ll hold your baby while you shower or nap, or perhaps you want a cheerleader for your first solo coffee out. Alongside this, I can offer gentle guidance with infant feeding, whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding or doing a bit of both. We can chat about sleep (or lack of), and helping you find a rhythm to your day that feels right for you and your baby, as well as adjusting to newborn life. There’s always time to talk things through too; I’m there to listen, answer questions, and support you without judgement. Some days that might look like practical problem-solving, and other days it might simply be a cup of tea and a safe space to let it all out.
This kind of support isn’t about doing things “perfectly”. It’s about feeling held, reassured and more like yourself again as you find your way into this new chapter. And of course, I will be bringing all the snacks!
